01.Do I need to have done Essentials first?
Not necessarily. If your clinic is already using a CRM or has a basic lead system in place, we assess your setup during the discovery session. If a full Essentials build is needed first, we will recommend it clearly. If you are ready to go straight into Managed, we build the foundation as part of the setup process.
